When an Enterprise account administrator transfers a child record from one program to another, the following information is included:

• child profile information including any custom fields
• caregiver profile information
• child journal entries
• finalized assessments
• a read-only version of any in progress assessments (Note: If the child is currently part of a group assessment, the assessment will be converted to an individual assessment at the time of transfer).
