How do I add a Provider to a child profile?
- Log in with your username and password.
- From the dashboard, click on the 3-line icon to show the left navigation pane.
- From the navigation menu, choose Accounts and Programs
- Choose account
- Select name of desired Program from Programs.
- Click on the name of child you wish to assign a provider.
- On the Child Summary page, select the link Edit Team next to Providers
- Select the Add New Provider button.
- Select Provider from the dropdown and choose yes or no to make Lead Provider
- Click on Save to save changes to profile.
