If you are a Program Administrator and/or Provider for an Enterprise Account, you may have access to multiple programs. You have the ability to generate reports for your access across multiple programs.
To generate a report for multiple programs, select Reports from the hamburger menu.

Leave the program dropdown blank. Then select the report you wish to generate. The report will open in a new tab.

Each report will have filters where you can narrow the results as needed. Under the Programs dropdown, you will see a list of programs you are assigned to. Leave this option blank to generate reports for all of your programs, or to select one or more options, hold the CTRL key while clicking the program name. You can further filter results by classrooms, providers (if you are a Program Administrator). You can also filter results further by selecting specific children. Enter the date range (if applicable) and then click APPLY FILTERS.

You can see the report on screen and have options to generate a pdf or download as a csv.


To generate a new version of the report with different filters or criteria, click RESET.
