To generate a report as a Program Administrator, select Reports from the hamburger menu.

Select your program name from the dropdown menu. You will see another dropdown menu appear that will list all children in your program with options to generate an individual child report. You will also see a list of group reports that you can generate for your entire program, for specific classrooms and/or providers, or filter results for specific children.

To generate a group report:
1. Select the report you wish to generate. The report will open in a new tab.
2. Each report will have filters where you can narrow the results as needed. You can generate the report for your entire program, classrooms, providers, and/or children. Enter the date range (if applicable) and then click APPLY FILTERS.

3. You can see the report on screen and have options to generate a pdf or download as a csv.


4. To generate a new version of the report with different filters or criteria, click RESET.

To generate an individual child report:
1. Select Reports from the hamburger menu.
2. Select your program name from the dropdown menu and then select the child from the dropdown from which you want to generate an individual report. All active children in your program will appear in the dropdown. The report will open in a new tab.
3. Select the individual report you would like to generate.
