As an Enterprise Account Administrator you can generate reports for all data in your account, for one or more programs, by classroom, and by Provider. You can also filter results for specific children.
To generate a report as an Enterprise Account Administrator, select Reports from the hamburger menu.

Select a program name from the dropdown menu or leave the option blank if you are generating reports for all programs under your account. Then select the report you wish to generate. The report will open in a new tab.

Each report will have filters where you can narrow the results as needed. You can generate reports at the account, program, classroom, and provider level. You can also filter results further by selecting specific children. Enter the date range (if applicable) and then click APPLY FILTERS.

You can see the report on screen and have options to generate a pdf or download as a csv.


To generate a new version of the report with different filters or criteria, click RESET.
