How do I generate OSEP Reports?

You can find all OSEP reports in the Reports section. Reports are available for near entry and near exit.

Entry Data Reports available: 

• OSEP Entry Data Only (Aggregate Percentages) 
• OSEP Entry Data Only (Ratings for Each Child) 
• OSEP Entry Data Only (Categories for Each Child) 

Progress Data Reports available: 
• OSEP Progress Data (Aggregate Percentages) 
• OSEP Progress Data (Ratings for Each Child) 
• OSEP Progress Data (Categories forre Each Child) 

Other Reports available: 
• OSEP Outcomes Child Report 
• OSEP Status 
• OSEP Summary Statement

To find specific details about the OSEP reports, review the OSEP Reports Guide. 

To generate an OSEP report, select Reports from the hamburger menu. 

Select your program from the dropdown or leave the dropdown blank. Select the OSEP report you wish to generate.

Enter the date range for the report and filter further by program, classroom, provider, and/or children. Click APPLY FILTERS. 

3. You can see the report results on screen and have options to generate a pdf or download as a csv. 

4. To generate a new version of the report with different filters or criteria, click RESET.
