A's OSEP Reports automatically gathers scores for children on the specific items of the AEPS Test that correlate to the three OSEP Child Outcomes, calculates for each child whether or not he or she is performing at the level of same-age peers, and then sorts them into the levels-of-progress categories required by OSEP:

  • % of children who maintained functioning at a level comparable to same-aged peers
  • % of children who improved functioning to reach a level comparable to same-aged peers
  • % of children who improved functioning to a level nearer to same-aged peers but did not reach comparable level
  • % of children who improved functioning but not sufficient to move nearer to functioning comparable to same-aged peers
  • % of children who did not improve functioning

Administrators can easily aggregate these data by program, district, or state and export data in a variety of formats to meet their state's data submission requirements.
