Group assessments are designed to integrate seamlessly into daily activities, making observation and documentation easier for providers. To create a group assessment in AEPSi, follow these steps:

1. Select Children from the hamburger menu.

2. Click Create Assessment.

   

3. Click the checkbox next to the children you would like to add to your group. You can add up to five children in a group. (Note: Only children who don't have an in progress assessment will appear as an option to select).

   

4. Click "CHOOSE ASSESSMENT", then select one of the available options:

   • AEPS-3 Test
   • Ready-Set Assessment
   • Assessment Activities (home-based)
   • Assessment Activities (center-based)
   • Ready-Set Activities (home-based)
   • Ready-Set Activities (center-based)

   

5. Customize your options. If you selected assessment activities, you can select one or more activities. If you selected AEPS-3 Test, you can select one or more areas. 

6. Click BEGIN ASSESSMENT.
