There are several child profile fields that are required for OSEP reporting. From the child's profile page, you must click the checkbox for Include in OSEP reporting. If that checkbox is selected, you will then be required to select an option from the Funding source dropdown menu, and enter a date into the Program entry date field. The Program exit date field is optional and can be completed once you know the information.

If selected for OSEP reporting, the AEPS Test results are automatically transformed into an OSEP report using the crosswalk of AEPS Test items with the three OSEP Child Outcomes and empirically derived same-age-peer benchmarks.
