If you no longer plan to use your current AEPSi account, we will cancel the account at the time you purchase a subscription for the new AEPSi system. You will receive a final invoice with a reconciliation for your child record usage to date. You will have the option to export any data and reports from your current AEPSi account. 

If you wish to keep your current AEPSi account active until your renewal date, a final invoice will be issued with a reconciliation of child records.
