The Child Profile List Report contains demographic information for all children. The report includes: Program name, child name Child ID, Alt ID, DOB, Status (Active or Archived), Archived date, Gender, Classroom, Developmental status, OSEP reporting (Yes or No), Funding source, Entry date, Exit date, number of assessments, and date and type of latest assessment.
