How do I give another teacher access to a child profile?

Teachers are typically Providers so to assign a Provider to a child:

  1. Click the user dropdown menu to select your program.

  2. You will be taken to the Program Details page. Under the Children section, click on View next to the name of the child you would like to assign a provider.

  3. You will be taken to the Child Summary page. In the Providers section, click "Edit Team"

  4. Click the ADD NEW PROVIDER button. This will open a popup window to assign a new provider. Screenshot of Provider section with Add New Provider outlined
  5. If there are no other providers listed in your program you will get a message:Go to the program page and add a provider if needed.
  6. Select a provider from the Providers dropdown menu.Screenshot of Providers dropdown menu with list of providers showing
  7. Click the SAVE button.
