The Manage Children section in AEPSi serves as the central hub for managing child profiles as a Program Administrator. This feature enables you to efficiently organize, update, and view child-related data—all in one place.

You will find the Manage Children section by selecting your program from the right navigation menu and going to your Program page. Click the Manage Children button.

From the Manage Children section, you can add a child profile or import multiple child profiles.

You can archive/ unarchive child profiles, delete child profiles, and assign multiple children to a provider. You can also search for child profiles by name, ID, status, ALT ID, DOB, and Classroom name. By default a list of active children will appear on your page and include the following information: NAME, ID, ALT ID, DATE OF BIRTH, AGE, CLASSROOM, LEAD PROVIDER, and STATUS.

The NAME, ID, ALT ID, DATE OF BIRTH, CLASSROOM, and STATUS column headers are sortable. Select the column header to sort the data.
