How do I delete a program?
The Enterprise Account Administrator has the ability to delete programs from the Enterprise account. To delete a program:
- Log in as Account Administrator.
- From the Home page, select "View Account" (the name of your account will be displayed).
- Scroll down to the Programs section and click on the program name.
- On the Program Details page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click DELETE PROGRAM.
- A message will pop up that says "Are you sure? The program will be permanently deleted. This action can not be undone."
- Click CONFIRM to delete the program.
NOTE: Once you delete a program, all child, caregiver, and assessment data associated with the program will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
